The name of the game is consistency and results! The goal is to create habits and consistency to improve your core and pelvic floor after having kids by completing short, but effecting, core workouts. These workouts are specifically designed to elicit abdominal, glute and pelvic floor improvements in 15 minutes or less, with consistency. These workouts require body weight or small ball (a pilates ball or your kids toys are perfect).


This is as INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK Challenge! You will "check in" each day via Instagram or Facebook, using a photo (can be a sweaty selfie, a quote, shot of your workout space, you and your kids, inspirational meme, whatever).

YOU WILL HASHTAG ALL POSTS using “#StrongMomCore” (check the spelling, lol!) and also the DAY of the challenge it is for you. For example, my description might be "Just finished up #day2 of my #StrongMomCore workout with @doc_mandi_pt (Instagram) or @mandikelso (Facebook) and I am excited to make progress and begin strengthening my core after kids!" ---> I will be sending you more examples of posts via email before we get started!

In order to complete the challenge, you must complete 7 workouts over the 14 days. Yes, this is going to be tough! That’s why it’s a “challenge” ;) But all workouts are all less than 15 minutes in length, your kids CAN be present, and as the goal is consistency, I want you to do what you need to in order to get them in! Join a group of other moms taking part in this momentum-building challenge!

The workouts are designed specifically for MOMS! Our core muscles go through a lot during pregnancy, and I have kept that in mind when designing these workouts. We have to be STRONG to do the day to day life, so these workouts are specific to the demands of motherhood! I am recommending you do them as is, with as much leisure walking and restorative stuff thrown in as you want. The goal is quick, hard and results-driven. And this might even give your mind a little workout, too. As moms, we tend to say “I don’t have time for me” and this is your way to get a handle of “I can do me AND still care for my family!”

I'll provide the exact workouts via email. On Monday, July 17, you'll receive THREE brand new #StrongMomCore workouts. They'll all be 15 minutes or less and you'll be able to pick and choose which ones you want to do. In order to get all 7 required workouts in the 14-day length of the challenge, I recommend doing 1 day on, 1 day off, but you can be flexible and make it fit your schedule. You can do the workouts at home or at a gym, alone or with the kids!

Hi! I’m Dr. Mandi! Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Postpartum Exercise Specialist, Owner of Aspire Women’s Health and Creator of M.A.M.A. Strong!


I am so excited to have you in the #StrongMomCore FREE Challenge! I know you are going to feel your core working, and will get a ton of results, community, support, guidance and plenty of energy during this challenge!


My personal exercise philosophy is FUN, creative, and short duration, so all workouts are 15 minutes or less, and will leave you no doubt that you're getting a good workout! A strong core after kids helps with not only the way you feel physically, but also your mental health. It helps to reduce feelings of overstimulation, being “touched out”, and can even help reduce quick tempers/snapping at your family!


I have 18 years in the health industry, and have spent the last 8 specifically focused on moms who are struggling with postpartum core and pelvic floor symptoms. The #StrongMomCore challenge was born out of a desire to help mom gain momentum on their journey to feeling stronger after pregnancy (be it 3 months or 10 years ago!) and do it with an amazing team of moms supporting you and cheering you on!
